DELIVERY Please allow up to 28 days for delivery, although we usually deliver well within 7 days of receiving your order. POSTAGE AND PACKAGING PRICES Within UK Items for the UK are sent by Royal Mail 1st class Recorded delivery. The charge is £5.00for the first item and 50p for each subsequent item to a maximum of £6. Next Day Special delivery is possible by prior arrangement. The charge for this service is £7.50 Europe We are happy to ship to Europe, and this service usually takes less than 7 days. The charge is £7.50 for the first item and £1 for each subsequent item. REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY If you wish to return an item for a refund, you must notify your intention to return it, in writing to: info@rebeccalondon.co.uk within 7 days from the date that you received your goods. Items should be returned unworn and in the same condition as when sold. They should be posted by Royal Mail Special Delivery (or similar for international customers) within 7 days of receipt for a full refund (21 days for Europe excluding UK, 28 days Rest of the World). Please send to the address below. Please enclose your name and address and details of the item you are returning and whether you would like a refund or exchange. Please note that you will not be refunded the postage. Refunds are made within 14 days from our receipt of the item onto the card used for the purchase. You will be sent the credit card slip of the refund in the post.
